Leanne and John's wedding gave me the chance to return to the beautiful Mosborough Hall Hotel, a gorgeous a 12th century manor house which offers a blend of charm, tradition and modern sophistication and is wonderfully located just 15 minutes from Chesterfield, Sheffield and the Peak District
Leanne and John met at a large ocal sports retailer a few years earlier where they worked as coworkers. They struck up a friendship and soon started seeing each other more seriously. Their first date being at as Leanne descibes as a really cute little country pub. Their relationship blossomed and, forever the thoughtful guy John is, knowing how much Leanne's family meant to her, he proposed in front of them on Christmas Day.
Over a year later, on the morning of their wedding day Leanne got ready in the beautiful bridal suite at Mosborough Hall Hotel with her mum, four bridemaids and two flower girls. Getting everybody ready made for a busy and fun couple of hours. John was joined by his dad, future dad in law and groomsmen for a little pre wedding drink at the bar that over looks the grounds at Mosborogh Hall.
When it was time for the ceremony everything we't really well with lots of emotion and laughter. The girls did a great job as flower girls as did their very cute page boy.
Despite the sun not making much of an appearance, everyone enjoyed a drink in the beautiful grounds and courtyard of Mosbourough Hall. We had lots of fun capturing a beautiful confetti walk with oodles of confetti being thrown. The kids (and big kids) loved it!
The fun and laughter continued well into the evening, with lots of dancing, crazy antics and singing. I love the moves on the dancefloor! Later on Leanne and her Dad had a very sentimental Dad and daughter dance. There was not a dry eye in the room.
