What a beautiful day Phoebe and Jake's wedding was at the Hotel Van Dyk by Wildes!
A typical spring day of sunshine, showers and spring flowers that complimented the sage green and natural theme of the day. They were surrounded by their family and friends, some who had travelled many miles, who came to celebrate and party with them on their special day.

How did you both meet?
We met on Tinder! Both of our best friends were swiping on our accounts and swiped for us!
Tell us about the proposal?
Quite possibly the least romantic proposal!
We were watching horror films with left over Halloween sweets just after we moved into our new house. I found a ‘love heart’ sweet that said “Marry Me?” I gave it to Jake as a joke, but he gave it back to me saying “Well, will you?”
Why did you choose Van Dyk by Wildes?
We chose Van Dyk Hotel because of the beautiful walled garden. It’s just a great plus that the food is amazing as well!
What’s the theme of your wedding?
Very laid back and natural. We’ve gone for greens, wildflowers and natural wood.
Is there anything special at your wedding that you’ve included and why?
Our Teddy Bears, Pegs and Bulls!
All the flowers mean a lot to us as well and most of the wedding décor and favours have been made by friends and small business, so all of it means a lot to us.
What are you most looking forward to about your wedding day?
Being together with all of our favourite people.
Any future advice for Brides/Grooms planning their day?
Take all the help offered to you!
No matter how little it seems, every decision is hard so if you can get the help of others, the less pressure there is on you!
