So many of you, past and future, have got in contact over the last month offering kind words and support! I really have appreciated it so much and I’m definitely feeling the love!
We are in uncertain times and we are all in this together facing each day as it comes. Whoever your wedding supplier is, I am certain that right now they are as stressed and terrified as anyone is. We have seen many of our bookings virtually disappear for 2020.
I’m very grateful right now that I work 2 days a week as a radiographer at the local hospital as a source of income and also for the laughs and giggles I have with the girls there. We are keeping each other sane!
Of course, all wedding suppliers appreciate that many of our couples are facing circumstances as dire or worse than ours. There are lots of things we can do to support each other and get us all though the coming months.
Here are a few things that I'd love you to for me and your other suppliers:
TRY TO FIND A NEW WEDDING DATE THAT SUITS US ALL BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY YOU
This is probably the most stressful and most difficult, and coordinating your new date with all your suppliers will take time, but if you can find a date that works for everyone, it’s a massive help. We really don’t want to lose you!
ORDER A WEDDING ALBUM
I normally make albums in winter when I’ve more time to dedicate to them, but guess what? I’ve LOOOOOADS of time on my hands right now. If you were planning on getting an album, now is a great time. Maybe you want to get a smaller album for your parents? What better thing to do when you’re social-distancing/isolated than revisiting your wedding pics and choosing your faves.
BUY SOME PRINTS OR A CANVAS
If you fancied some prints from your wedding for yourself or friends/family you can order directly from your gallery and have them delivered direct to them or yourself. How chuffed would your parents be receiving a wedding print from you through the post?
